45-minute class promises an intense workout full of hills, valleys,
straight aways, and sprints. You control the resistance, but we control
the pace. Come join us and see how long you can stay with the pack!

Drop-In CycleBurn
$3.00 / Class
For students who need flexibility for particiaption in CycleBurn classes,
we offer drop-ins at a special rate of $3.00 per class. Fully registered
classes may not have space available. However, "open" classes
will have space available on a first come, first served basis. Simply
check with the instructor to gain access to the class with your receipt
from the cashier. Non-members must be sponsored as a guest, pay
the guest fee, and pay the drop-in fee to participate in the class.*
*Conference members may be able to sponsor themselves
under their conference group name before paying the appropriate guest
fee and drop-in fee. Check with the Recreation Center cashier for details.
