Day Locker and Towel Service At no extra charge to Recreation Center members, we offer a day locker and towel service. Simply present your valid Buff OneCard or membership card and photo ID at the Equipment Checkout window. You will receive a towel and a lock to be used in our locker room facilities. To get a fresh towel at any time during or after your workout, just ask for an "exchange" at the Equipment Checkout window. For those of you who wish to store gear on a more permanent basis, we offer a semester locker rental service.

Semester Locker Rental Service

• To rent a locker for the semester, present your Buff OneCard or membership card and photo ID to the cashier in the main lobby or the cashier at the Outdoor Equipment Rental window next to Equipment Checkout. You will then be given a locker location and a towel. The Rec Center provides a lock. You must use the storage locker and lock assigned to you.
• The locker rental fee is $7 per semester plus a one-time deposit of $5. The deposit will be refunded when you return your lock and towel by the specified expiration date. You can now rent a locker for up to 3 semesters at once to save some time.
• Personal items left in the locker after the rental period are held for 90 days after which all unclaimed items are disposed of or donated.
• Note: Private (alien) locks are allowed only on a daily basis. If left overnight, alien locks will be cut off lockers. The Recreation Center is not responsible for theft; don't forget to lock your locker.

Team Sports Equipment Rental
All University departments and student groups with agency accounts may rent team sports equipment. Pick up an Equipment Request Form at the Equipment Checkout window and submit it at least seven days prior to the event in order to ensure the availability of equipment. Contact the Building Services Manager at 303-492-8900 with questions. All group rentals must be secured with an IN.

Requested equipment may picked up after 3 pm on the day prior to the event and returned before close on the last day of the event.  Rental rates differ for student groups and University departments.  Please see the Outdoor Equipment section for more information.
