Rent payments are due on the first day of each month to:

All rents received after the 10th of the month will incur a $20 late fee, no exceptions.
Please note, our office is only open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. It is expected that you plan accordingly and pay your rent on the 1st of the month. The additional days are only a buffer should something come up.
