Blood Work and Tissue Samples
All blood and urine
samples taken at the CU Boulder CTRC will be processed and then sent out
to one of three laboratories for analysis: 1) the Wardenburg Health
Center Laboratory, CU Boulder; 2) the University Hospital Main Laboratory,
Denver; or 3) The Adult CTRC Core
Laboratory, Denver.
The accredited Reference Laboratories utilized by these sites are also
available for our use.
Specimens are couriered to the Denver laboratories once a week, and
results from any testing performed by these laboratories will be
forwarded to you.
Specimens from
approved protocols being held for a period of time before testing will be
stored in our -80 freezer on a space available basis.
