From Lyons/Longmont Areas
From Lyons - Take Colorado Hwy 7 south to 28th St. (U.S. 36 south).
Drive south on 28th St. to the Baseline Rd. exit. Turn right (west) on
Baseline Rd. Take Baseline Rd. west to Broadway. Turn right and drive north on Broadway
to 18th St. Turn right and drive north on 18th St. 50 yards
to the Wardenburg Health Center (on the right); turn right into Parking Lot 324.
From Longmont - Take Colorado Hwy 119 (the Diagonal Hwy) west, continuing on to
the Foothills Parkway. Drive south on Foothills Parkway to the Baseline Rd. exit.
Turn right (west) on Baseline Rd. Take Baseline Rd. west to Broadway. Turn right
and drive north on Broadway to 18th St. Turn right and drive north on
18th St. 50 yards to the Wardenburg Health Center (on the right); turn right
into Parking Lot 324.
Note: (Do Not pay attention to the sign that says "Parking Lot 207". You are in the right parking lot).
