Rent

Rent payments, payable to University of Colorado, are due on the first day of each month to:

All rents received after the 10th of the month will incur a $75 late fee, no exceptions. 

Please note, our office is only open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with a lunch closure from 12:00pm-1:00pm.  It is expected that you plan accordingly and pay your rent on the 1st of the month.  The additional days are only a buffer should something come up.

Best Practices for Home Safety

  • Keep all first floor windows closed and secured when not occupying the first floor

  • Report any lock, window latch, or lighting malfunctions immediately

  • Assure all outside lights are on during night time hours

  • Report and suspicious individuals by calling Campus Police at 303-492-6666
