Orders submitted via mail, email or fax require a completed Transcript Order Form.
Non-credit transcripts are offered through Continuing Education; send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students who apply for jobs or admission to universities in other countries often need a notarized diploma or transcript.
If ordering a transcript online, request notarization by uploading a file attachment specifying your request. If ordering by mail, fax or email, specify your request in the instructions field.
If you need your transcript authenticated with an apostille, first request a notarized transcript. After you receive it, you'll then need send it to the Colorado Secretary of State for authentication. Visit the Secretary of State online for instructions and fee information.
All official University of Colorado Boulder transcripts are authenticated by the following criteria:
Authentication information also appears on the back of the transcript. All questions and concerns about the authenticity of transcripts should be directed to the Office of the Registrar.
Between June 15 and July 31, the Office of the Registrar will provide extended phone hours of 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.
