Undergraduate in-state students who will use more than 145 hours toward their first degree may apply for a waiver to this limit. You may not apply for this waiver until you have less than 25 COF hours remaining. Lifetime hours are 145, and COF hours used must be greater than or equal to 120.
Please complete the Waiver Request Form and return it with all supporting documentation to the Office of the Registrar. Details and waiver criteria are included on the form. All waivers will be reviewed by the Registrar and Associate Registrar of Regulatory Compliance.
Has your insurance company or other provider requested verification of your college enrollment? If so, get your Spring 2015 enrollment verification for free without a trip to the Office of the Registrar.
