How to Get ISIS Access

  1. Complete the online training courses (see below): Introduction to ISIS course, FERPA-Web Based course and review "CU:ISIS Campus Community" (registration and access instructions below)
  2. Complete the ISIS Access Form (see below) 

Required Online Training Courses:

Introduction to ISIS Campus Solutions: Course #A00140. Includes information on how to navigate the ISIS systems and basic information. Your completion and score will be recorded.

FERPA-Web based course: Course #U00049. Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Your completion and score will be recorded.

"CU: ISIS Campus Community": Course #A00141. Not required, but recommended to better understand the following areas of Campus Solutions:

  • Student biographical and demographic data
  • Residency
  • Positive and negative service indicators (service indicators are what we know as stops or holds)
  • Student Groups

Tutorials can be found on the Faculty Center (CU:ISIS-Faculty Center) and the Student Center (CU:ISIS-Student Center).

To Register and Access Online Training Courses:

  1. Log into MyCUInfo
  2. Click CU Resources tab
  3. Click Training under the Employee Home & News menu
  4. Click Start Skillsoft
  5. Search for the specific course by using Search&Learn. In the Search For box, enter the course number and click Search
  6. Place the cursor over the course title and click [Launch]
  7. Click Session ID link for the training date(s) in which you choose to participate
  8. Click ENROLL ME located in the Meeting Schedule section of the page

To complete the ISIS Access Form:

  1. ISIS Access request forms are available on the Access Management website

Click on ISIS Forms, then ISIS Access Request Form and Instructions (as seen below)
