Web grading for Spring 2024 opens for full-semester classes on Tuesday, April 30. To support student success, be sure to enter, approve and post each class's grades by the posted deadline. Late grades can lead to serious negative consequences for your students.

When adding or changing double-listed courses, both the undergraduate and graduate level course forms must be edited and submitted in the curriculum inventory management system ( CIM for Courses ). Please submit both forms at the same time as they need to be entered into Campus Solutions simultaneously.

Thank you to everyone who confirmed or revised their Fall 2024 advising holds. We set most of the holds (listed below) on Thursday, Feb. 8.

Thank you to everyone who confirmed or revised their Summer 2024 advising holds. We set most of the advising and academic standing holds on Thursday, Feb. 8.

Continuing students will be able to view their assigned Fall 2024 enrollment dates and begin adding classes to their shopping cart starting Wednesday, March 6. That day, our office will send a registration e-memo to current degree-seeking students with their assigned enrollment appointment dates, which occur April 1–19.

Use Course Catalog in Campus Solutions as the source of truth (rather than CIM) when checking to see whether an update has been officially completed. Sometimes an update may have already been made, but syncing issues are delaying the CIM form from being fully cleared out of the queue.

On Wednesday, Feb. 14, the summer shopping cart will become available, assigned summer enrollment dates will post, and our office will send a registration e-memo to continuing students.

On Monday, Feb. 5, we canceled (a.k.a., purged) the waitlists for Spring 2024 Main Campus Boulder full-semester (Session B) classes. To request a snapshot of the students who were still on a class waitlist when it was canceled, email cusisdev@colorado.edu .
