SUMMMER 2012 AEROBIC, GROUP FITNESS & INDOOR CYCLING SCHEDULE
These classes run throughout the summer, and are available to current CU Students and Members of the Recreation Center. Classes run as two consecutive "five-week sessions", from May 31st through August 5th. However, there are no classes over Memorial Day and Independence Day Holiday weekend. This includes Monday, May 30th and Monday, July 4th.
Don't forget to check out our semester-length "Fitpass & Cycle Pass" under the "registration and passes" sidebar! Note: During the summertime, Fitpass is valid for Indoor Cycling as well (does not apply to fall & spring).
Daily Drop-Ins are also available.

Absolutely Abs
Do you have the guts to spend an intense 30 minutes developing the elusive six-pack? This class will help you on your way to developing core strength and rock-hard, chiseled abs. M,W,F class meets in the East Genaral Gym; the T,R class meets in the Aerobic Studio.

Deep Water Aerobics
Can you survive the deep end of the pool? Wearing floatation belts, deep-water training allows you to combine both aerobic and muscle conditioning into one workout. Class meets in the Dive Well.
