10K Training

A perfect fit for those training for the Bolder Boulder or individuals who desire the comradery of a group.  Workouts will consist of weekly speed work and long runs (up to 6 miles).  We will run outdoors, regardless of weather, so dress appropriately.  This is a multi-level class appropriate for beginner and intermediate runners.
