SPRING 2014 Pilates Reformer
Strength, stamina and flow are at the heart of Pilates Reformer sessions. By utilizing spring controlled resistance you will build core strength, increase flexibility and improve coordination. Experience how Pilates Reformer training will enhance functional fitness, elongate and sculpt lean muscles and improve overall performance.
Small Group Reformer Class Schedule
Small Group Reformer Sessions are $90 for each 6-week series. Please register with Rec Center Guest Services
Registration deadline is 24 hours prior to class start.
Private or Partner Reformer sessions are uniquely designed to help you achieve your specific goals while providing an environment of motivation and guidance. A 45-minute session includes instruction on reformer as well as use of props.
