Group Fitness Instructor Training
If you enjoy fitness, helping others and working out in a group setting then consider starting a path to becoming a fitness instructor at the CU Rec Center. This 10-week training program provides you with the information, instruction, education, and practical experience needed to become a safe and effective group fitness instructor.

Class meets at the Bear Creek and Williams Village Rec Center

Mondays, 1:00-3:00pm
September 10-November 12
$250, includes text and study materials

Come to the first meeting on September 10th and learn more about this exciting opportunity. Registration for this course is not required until the beginning of the second class on September 17th.
