Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinic
The Musculoskeletal Injury Clinic (MSK) provides screenings by licensed physical therapists for minor injuries and overuse syndromes on a walk-in basis during fall and spring semesters. Learn injury prevention techniques and strategies so you can perform your best! No appointment or referral necessary. Offered by Wardenburg Health Services Sports Medicine department.
Free service for students. Staff/Faculty can visit the MSK Clinic for $20.
MSK is available for walk-ins on Mon/Tues/Thurs from 1:15-4:45 pm. The Rec Center MSK Clinic will return September 2015.

Nutrition Resource Clinic
We offer free basic consultations with a registered dietitian for CU students for nutrition-related concerns ranging from diabetes/hypoglycemia to disordered eating, food allergies, healthy weight gain or loss, sports nutrition and more.
You will complete a short questionnaire about your eating habits and your general health. The dietitian will review your questionnaire, answer your questions and provide recommendations, resources, and referrals as needed. Offered by Wardenburg Health Services.
Nutrition Resource Clinic is available for walk-ins Wednesdays, 2:00 - 6:00pm. The Rec Center Nutrition Clinic will return September 2015.

Certified massage therapists are available to assist with relaxation, stress reduction, sports recovery, improving circulation and decreasing muscle spasms. Our massage staff specializes in Shiatsu, sports, rehabilitation and pain management techniques. All sessions are 60 minutes.
Massage rate for Rec Center members is $60 per visit. Payment is required at time of service.

An Athletic Trainer is available at the Rec Center to assist students and members with injury evaluation and assessment, rehabilitation/therapeutic exercises, emergency care, concussion evaluations and management, and taping services.
For taping services please bring your own tape or purchase tape at Guest Services for $2 per roll.
The Training Room is located on the lower level across from the mat room.
The Training Room will re-open September 2015.
