Organizational Meeting

Club Leadership 2 Coaches as well as a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Activities Director, English IHSA Liaison, and Western IHSA Liaison.
Membership 40+ members
Practice Info. The English Barn is located at Fall River Farm in Fort Lupton, and theWestern Barn is located at Hay Stack Acres in Longmont. The Horses are provided by the coaches.
Competition Info. 6 English Shows and 6 Western Shows Competing against a five state region including Wyoming, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Colorado. Equestrian members compete in regional events across the midwest as well as regional and national competition.
National Affiliation Equestrian is a member of the IHSA, also known as the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association.
Membership Requirements
  1. Be a full-time, fee paying student in good standing at CU
  2. Pay Club dues of $75 per semester
  3. Attend one regular meeting and one social meeting per month
  4. Raise a mimimum of $115 in fundraising.
  5. Lesson and horse fees total $1100 per year for show team. Individual lessons are $65 a lesson.
Fundraising Raise a mimimum of $200 in fundraising.
Equipment Horses and tack are provided by the team. Some riding extra equipment is available through the team.
