AerobicsGood music, cardiovascular exercise, and knowledgeable instructors who emphasize safety and fun combine to make our aerobic classes a well-balanced program. Warm-up exercises, stretching, and flexibility lead to a more rigorous workout of continuous movements. Each class ends with a cool down and stretching segment. Classes run over two 5-week sessions, from Monday June 2nd - Friday Aug. 8th unless otherwise noted. There will be no classes on:
