Lifeguard Training Review
Fee-$74.00
If you have
a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certification that's about to expire, this class
is for you. It includes certification in CPR for the professional rescuer,
Lifeguard Training, and Standard First Aid.
Prerequisites
- Current Lifeguard Training Certification from American Red Cross.
- Swim 300 yards continuously using the following strokes for 100 yards each: freestyle, breaststroke, and freestyle/breaststroke combined.
- Surface dive to a minimum depth of 7-10 feet and retrieve a 10-pound weight.
- Swim 20 yards with a 10 lb. object (above) using legs only.
First class meets in conference
room 1 ... Come prepared to swim the first night (bring your swim suit).

Lifeguard Training
Fee-$150.00
This 32-hour
course includes the new updated lifeguard training material by the Red Cross.
It also includes certification in CPR for the Professional Rescuer (CPR/PR) and First Aid. This course is
a must if you wish to be a lifeguard! Upon completion and passing you will
receive:
- Three-year American
Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certification.
One-year American
Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
- Three-year American
Red Cross certification in First Aid.
