Aerobics Good music, cardiovascular exercise, and knowledgeable instructors
who emphasize safety and fun combine to make our aerobic classes a well-balanced
program. Warm-up exercises, stretching, and flexibility lead to a more rigorous
workout of continuous movements. Each class ends with a cool down and stretching
segment. Classes run January 14th - May 2nd unless otherwise noted.
