Weight Training

Weight training has continued to be a popular activity for the Student Recreation Center users. Personal trainers are available for anyone desiring individualized instruction, coaching, and motivation. Our trainers have a wide range of knowledge and experience from body building to powerlifting and general fitness. Private and semi-private instruction is available, so bring a friend and double the fun!


Private and Semi-Private Weight Training Instruction
By Appointment Only (Please allow 48 hours advance notice to schedule appointments.)


Fees
Private - $28/hour. Code:T/C 180
Semi-Private - $20 per person/hour
(You must provide your own partner)

Multiple Private (Buy four get one session free) - $112/5 hours Code:T/C 182

Register at the cashier for this service then stop by the instruction office, room 290, to make an appointment with a trainer (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., and Friday 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.). For semi-private training, register at the cashier's desk "with your partner" before making an appointment.
