Weight TrainingWeight training
has continued to be a popular activity for the Student Recreation Center users.
Personal trainers are available for anyone desiring individualized instruction,
coaching, and motivation. Our trainers have a wide range of knowledge and experience
from body building to powerlifting and general fitness. Private and semi-private
instruction is available, so bring a friend and double the fun!
Register at the cashier for this service then stop by the instruction office, room 290, to make an appointment with a trainer (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., and Friday 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.). For semi-private training, register at the cashier's desk "with your partner" before making an appointment.
