1. Refunds will be given free of charge when a class is canceled or the scheduled class times are changed by the instruction program office.

2. Other refunds must be requested in writing through the instruction program office. Refund request forms are available at the instruction program office. "All Refunds will be assessed a 20% service fee"

3. For semester-length classes a 20 percent service fee will be charged on refunds requested prior to the beginning of the third class. No refund will be given after the beginning of the third class period.
   
   
4. No refunds will be issued for seven-week or shorter-term classes unless requested at least one business day prior to the start of class. All refunds will be assessed a 20 percent service fee.
   
5. No Refunds on Fitpass and Cycle pass after the first week
   

6. To request a refund: Bring all class receipts to the instruction program office Monday - Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., or Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
