Beginning Kayak Pool Instruction
Beginning pool lessons to safely prepare you for river instruction.You will learn basic paddling strokes, braces and the Eskimo roll. Bring swimsuit and a towel. All sessions are taught in Clare Small Pool.

Urban Kayaking
Kayak the famous stretch of the South Platte River with man made drops through downtown Denver! A must for any Colorado kayaker. Trip includes transportation and equipment. Trip runs from 10:00am-4:00pm.

Surf Colorado
Learn how to surf a kayak in a local play hole! Kayak experience is required.

Canoe the Colorado
Hop in a canoe and take a float with the Outdoor Program. This is a 26-mile excursion through the spectacular Ruby/Horsethief canyons country near Loma, Colorado. This section of the Colorado River is remote and filled with box canyons, providing the solitude you dream about for a wilderness canoe trip. No experience necessary. Transportation, equipment, and food are provided.
