SUMMER 2009 MASTER'S SWIM

Master's Swim is a program designed to provide a structured workout environment for different types of swimmers, ranging from those individuals looking to work out for general fitness, to individuals looking to refine their strokes, and also to competitive athletes. Workouts vary from emphasizing endurance and building fitness, to speed work and stroke development. All levels are encouraged to join; however, you should be able to swim approximately 1,000 yards (non-continuous) in a 75 minute period.

These classes run throughout the summer, and are available to current CU Students and Members of the Recreation Center. Classes run as two consecutive "five-week sessions", from June 1st through August 7th. However, there are no classes over the July 4th holiday weekend.
