Yang Style Taijiquan ("Tai Chi")

Tai Chi is a traditional martial art and health exercise method that emphasizes deep relaxation of mind and body. However, because it does not rely on brute force, Tai Chi is also a rare example of martial art that can be used by both men and women. Yang style Tai Chi bare-hand forms will be taught in this class. All class meets in Carlson 1B12.
