SPRING 2012 PILATES
The Pilates Method works the whole body in balance, coordinating upper and lower movement with the body's core. This mat class is structured to improve strength and flexibility in overall body posture.
Free Preview - All classes are free Jan. 17th - 22nd.
Space availability is on a first come basis. No classes over the Martin Luther King holiday weekend or during Spring Break. Classes run January 17th through May 4th.

Morning classes meet in the East General Gym; all others meet in the Group Fitness Studio. (Friday class meets in the Group Fitness Studio.)
