SPRING 2012 INDOOR CYCLING

These 45-60 minute classes promise an intense workout full of hills, valleys, straight-aways, and sprints. We may control the pace, but you control the resistance. All levels are welcome.

Space availability is on a first come basis. No classes over the Martin Luther King holiday weekend or during Spring Break. Classes run January 17th through May 4th.
