SPRING 2010 AEROBICS SCHEDULE

From Monday, January 11 to Friday, January 15, all Aerobic classes will be offered free of charge so that you may try out different classes and instructors during registration. Space availability is on a first come basis. In addition, there will be no classes over the Martin Luther King holiday weekend or during Spring Break. Classes run January 11th through April 30th.

Absolutely Abs

Do you have the guts to spend an intense 30 minutes developing the elusive six-pack?  This class will help you on your way to developing core strength and rock-hard, chiseled abs. M,W,F classes meet in the East General Gym; the T,R class meets in the Aerobic Studio.

Deep Water Aerobics

Can you survive the deep end of the pool?  Wearing floatation belts, deep-water training allows you to combine both aerobic and muscle conditioning into one workout. Class meets in the Dive Well.

Body Sculpting
