This Gut & Butt Blaster class provides a variety of exercises focusing on the abs and glutes, to provide a challenging workout.

Absolutely Abs

This 30-minute class will help you on your way to developing core strength and stability. Classes meet in the East General Gym.

Cardio Kickboxing

Join this high intensity Cardio Kickboxing class that combines aerobic training with boxing technique. Class sections A & C meet in the East General Gym. Class section B meets in the Group Fitness Studio.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music with dance movements for a dynamic and exciting fitness class that works the entire body.

Body Sculpting

Body Sculpting utilizes a combination of equipment and techniques, effectively targeting all the major muscle groups of the body. M,W Class meets in the East General Gym; the T,R class meets in the Group Fitness Studio.

Sports Conditioning

Sports Conditioning is designed to enhance muscular strength and endurance by combining the best of cross-conditioning with plyometrics, speed drills, power, and endurance training.

Chisel

Chisel combines the best of strength & conditioning techniques, targeting all the major muscle groups for the ultimate 45-minute body pumping workout. Class meets In the East General Gym.

Step

Step is still one of the most popular forms of aerobic fitness in the country, incorporating the use of a 4-inch to 8-inch bench for a low-impact but high-intensity workout. M/W class meets in the Group Fitness Studio / T,R meets in the East General Gym.

Step/Body Sculpting is full of upbeat music and a motivational environment providing a high-energy workout that incorporates the Step choreography with the strength and conditioning benefits of Body Sculpting.
