Fitness & Wellness Outreach Programs

Tennis Balls

We offer a variety of programs to meet the fitness and wellness needs of your group.  Activities can be schedule at the Rec Center or at your location.  We provide the instructors and equipment to make your program a success with minimal effort on your part.

Activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Group Fitness
  • Dance
  • Small Group Training
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification
