Refunds and Transfers

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will be issued without service fees when a class is cancelled or when the scheduled class times are changed. Instructors are subject to change at any time and do not constitute grounds for refund of class fees.
  2. For semester-length classes a 20% service fee will be charged on refunds requested prior to the beginning of the third regularly scheduled class. No refund will be given after the beginning of the third scheduled class. Summer classes are not considered semester-length.
  3. No refunds or transfers will be issued for seven-week or shorter-term classes unless requested at least one business day prior to the start of class; this includes all summer session classes. All approved refunds will be assessed a 20% service fee
  4. No Refunds on Fitpass, Cyclepass, or the Yoga/Pilates pass will be issued after the first week of classes. Any refunds issued under extenuating circumstances will be assessed a 20% service fee.
  5. All refunds must be requested in writing through a refund request form, available at the Fitness & Wellness Office.
  6. To request a refund: Bring all class receipts to the Fitness & Wellness Office Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 7:00pm, or Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm (Summer hours: M-F, 8am - 5pm)

Transfer Policy

  1. Transfers are only allowed into classes with space available.
  2. Transfers must be requested before a class begins for short-term activities.
  3. Transfers are allowed within the first 4 weeks for semester-length classes, into another semester-length class only.
  4. To request a transfer: Bring all class receipts to the Fitness & Wellness Office for transfer authorization.
  5. A $1 service fee is charged for all transfers. Transfers between classes may be prorated if necessary.
