Spring 2014

Choose from 100+ weekly Group Fitness, Mind Body and Indoor Cycling classes for only $75 if you purchase the Be Fit Pass before January 21, 2014. Regular price is $85 for Be Fit Pass. Your Be Fit Pass will be placed on your BuffOne card once purchased. Simply bring your BuffOne card to gain admittance to class.

Instructional Activities

Choose from a variety of non-credit, fee based activities appropriate for all levels of experience and fitness. Instruction classes progress in skill and technique throughout the duration of class and range from 4-14 weeks in length.
