Half Marathon Training

Cross the finish line strong! Prepare for the 13.1 mile distance with weekly group workouts, distance running tips and guidance in determining the best training plan for you. Half Marathon Smart leads up to the Colfax Half Marathon on May 18th, 2014.This class is geared toward beginning and intermediate runners who are able to comfortably run 3 miles. Please be advised, weekly workouts take place outdoors regardless of weather conditions.

Yoga for Anxiety & Depression

Cultivate a yoga practice that supports your physical, mental and emotional well-being. Each class will illumine different aspects of how yoga and well-being intersect to empower the yoga student to manage his or her health. Yoga can build prana and skakti to fuel your academic performance for late nights and foster a greater sense of presence and balance. Yoga can ground you, providing deep roots for clarity and self-confidence. We'll learn simple practices to help you wherever and whenever you need a little bit of yoga. Bring a notebook as you'll want to remember these simple, yet life-affirming practices. .

A strength training class geared to a woman's specific needs. Gain confidence in the weight room while you learn more about effective calorie burning, how to increase bone density and the benefits of increasing lean muscle mass. A great time to connect with others while getting a great workout.
