The Recreation Center has a large free weight room and fitness systems room with state-of-the-art equipment. There is also a weightlifting club through the club sports program.

Introductory seminars are scheduled as follows:

Fitness Systems Room
M, T W, Th, F: 9:00 a.m., Noon, 3:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m.
Sessions are held September 1 - October 15, January 15 - February 28, and June 1 - July 30.

Free Weight Room Introductions
M, Th: 2:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.
Sessions are held:
September 1 - October 15, January 15 - February 28, and June 1 - July 30.
