From time to time, we all have difficulties with our personal relationships, social life, classes, or finances. As a result, we may feel depressed or anxious without being able to link these feelings to a single problem. Other crises arise when we are victims of physical assault, harassment, or discrimination; have a serious substance abuse problem; or feel violent or suicidal. If you find yourself in a crisis, don’t hesitate to call the Office of Victim Assistance at 303-492-8855 or the Rape Crisis Team (MESA) at 303-443-0400.
