CU Psychology and Neuroscience Professor and Institute for Behavioral Genetics Fellow Matt Keller (Behavioral, Psychiatric and Statistical Genetics; Clinical) was in the news for publishing an article that contradicted an earlier published study of his regarding the relationship between schizophrenia and inbreeding. The more recent study, published in the journal PLOS Genetics, was based on a larger data set than the original study (also published in PLOS Genetics), though the reasons for the contradictory conclusions aren't clear.
