Residence halls at CU-Boulder provide you with a lot more than just a place to sleep. Featuring a variety of floor plans, social activities, and academic services, each of our 22 residence halls has a unique character and several offer special residential academic programs. All halls have high-speed Internet access via wireless and ethernet connections. CU-Boulder residence halls offer a complete living environment—one designed to help you meet your personal and academic goals.

Journalism Students
At each home football game, the university's mascot, Ralphie the Buffalo, runs the length of the field before the opening and second half kickoffs.

Boulder offers countless year-round recreational activities. Take advantage of the 200 miles of public hiking and biking trails, approximately 30,000 acres of open space or the Boulder Creek Path, which runs through the middle of town.

As a CU-Boulder student, you live in one of the most dynamic, progressive, and attractive small cities in the United States. Boulder is nestled in the foothills, where the rolling plains meet the Rocky Mountains, centrally located within an hour of Denver, Denver International Airport, Eldora Ski Resort, and Rocky Mountain National Park.
