Did You Know?

The CU-LEAD (Leadership, Excellence, Achievement and Diversity) Alliance and Scholarship program focuses on building academic neighborhoods that provide academic enrichment, small group classes, leadership activities, personal links to faculty and staff, counseling and mentoring, and community service opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds, including first-generation college students.
Buff OneCard

The Buff OneCard is the official identification card for all students, faculty, and staff at CU-Boulder. By showing this card, students gain access to campus privileges, such as eating in dining halls, checking out library books, and getting into computer labs, residence halls, and the Student Recreation Center.

The Buff OneCard also offers a number of convenient, optional programs. The Buff Gold program turns the card into an ATM/debit card that accesses accounts set up with the Elevations Federal Credit Union, and the Housing Dollars program allows you to make purchases at five different housing a la carte dining facilities and is used in the Housing Computer Labs for printing.

Bus Service

Student fees pay for students to have a bus pass each semester, which means that a Buff OneCard with a valid RTD decal sleeve makes students eligible for free bus rides throughout Boulder and the Denver metropolitan area, including rides to Denver International Airport (DIA) and the Eldora Mountain ski area.
