Resident Undergraduate Estimated Expenses

Untitled Document

As a major flagship public university, tuition at the University of Colorado at Boulder remains one of the lowest for residents of any major state university in the country.

An act of the Colorado State Legislature in May 2004 established a new way for Colorado to provide state tax dollar support for higher education at the undergraduate level. Instead of subsidizing in-state undergraduate education, the state will provide direct funding to in-state undergraduate students through the College Opportunity Fund (COF). Undergraduate in-state students can apply for COF vouchers to be applied to a portion of their university bill. If you're an in-state undergraduate student, be sure to visit the websites listed below for more information. You must apply to receive funding.
