After Admission

Congratulations on your offer of admission to CU-Boulder! While this is a great accomplishment, you’re not done yet.

This section contains important steps that you will need to complete before you enroll at CU-Boulder.

Confirm Your Intent to Enroll and Reserve Your Spot

When you receive your admission packet, be sure to carefully review the Statement of Eligibility and Student Confirmation Form. This form must be returned along with your $200 enrollment deposit and be postmarked by the stated deadline on the confirmation form in order to reserve your place at CU-Boulder. Students whose confirmations are received after the stated deadline are not guaranteed a space.

Upon receipt of your confirmation and enrollment deposit, we notify other offices on campus (your college or school, registrar, orientation, housing, etc.) that you will be attending CU-Boulder. Once these offices receive this notification, they will send you information in the mail on how to apply for housing, sign-up for an orientation session, and register for classes.

Send Transcripts (Before Summer Orientation)

Missing credentials listed on your Statement of Eligibility and Student Confirmation form should be submitted as soon as they are available. Freshman and transfer students admitted for fall 2009 must submit all final high school and college transcripts by July 15, 2009. Students applying for spring semester 2009 must submit all final high school and college transcripts by the start of the spring semester, January 12, 2009. Failure to provide final transcripts by the stated deadline may affect registration and transfer credit. Faxed copies will not be accepted.
