  Where to Send Your Application and Credentials
Colorado Students! In-state undergraduate students who attend a Colorado public institution are eligible for the College Opportunity Fund, a statewide program that establishes a new way for Colorado to provide tax support for higher education at the undergraduate level. The application process only takes a few minutes and you only need to complete it once. To apply, go to the College Access Network web site at cof.college-access.net/cofapp.
