Project Timelines for Imaging Services

Printing: Typical turnaround will be five working days or greater. Schedule will be confirmed at time of job submission and after review of artwork; final delivery date will be dependent on client turnaround of proofs within 24 hours. 

Copying: Completion time will be driven by the number of overall copies required.  When it is physically possible, customer time constraints will always be met. 

Pre-scheduling:  Please pre-schedule large jobs prior to submission of art files to IS. 

Copy jobs may be submitted during normal university business hours.  Jobs submitted by 4:30 p.m. during regular hours (4:00 p.m. during summer hours) will be complete by 8:00 a.m. the following day, unless notified otherwise at the time of submission.

After hour jobs may also be submitted our VIP (Virtual Internet Printing) service.

Imaging Services is customer driven and, whenever physically possible - will meet requested turn times.  If we are unable to produce a job within the requested time frame, customers will be informed immediately.
