Introduction
The policy on Campus Use of University Facilities (CUUF) is intended to prevent interference and material and substantial disruption of University functions or activities, promote safety, protect University property and to facilitate scheduling and management of University Facilities and/or Outdoor Spaces.
A. Purpose of the Policy
The University of Colorado at Boulder (UCB) is committed to providing a safe learning, living, and working environment for its students, faculty, staff, affiliates and visitors. In this regard, UCB will take reasonable action to provide an environment free from violence, threats of violence, harassment, intimidation, and other disruptive behavior.
The University of Colorado Boulder has a strong institutional commitment toward student growth and the development of individual responsibility. To further this goal, the university embraces the concept that catastrophic financial risks while attending the university should be minimized. To this end, the University of Colorado Boulder endorses a policy of mandatory health insurance requiring that all students on the UCB campus be covered by a comprehensive health insurance plan.

The Office of Licensing Programs regulates, promotes, and protects the use of the University's name and identifying marks, both on and off campus. This includes granting approval for use of the many registered service marks and trademarks of the University.

The purpose of this policy is to establish the circumstances in which Fraternal Organizations may obtain access to University of Colorado at Boulder (UCB) programs, activities, services and facilities.

There is an expanding reliance on electronic communication among students, faculty, staff, and administration at the University of Colorado at Boulder (CU-Boulder). This is motivated by the convenience, speed, cost-effectiveness, and environmental advantages of using e-mail rather than printed communication. Because of this increasing reliance and acceptance of electronic communication, e-mail is considered an official means for communication within CU-Boulder.
