There will be two mid-terms and one final exam.

More information (instructions, practice materials, solutions) will be posted here closer to the relevant dates

Mid-term 1: Sep 25 , 7:30-9:00 pm, in the Help Room (G2B ... 2 floors below class):

there will be multiple choice and long answers
remember to bring your: calculator, brains, pencils, a ruler, and 1 8.5" x 11" info sheet in your own handwriting...

Mid-term 2: Nov 6 , 7:30-9:00 pm, in the Help Room (G2B ... 2 floors below class):

Final: Dec 19 , 10:30 - 1p; Location Physics Help Room

What to bring:

• 8.5”x11” page full of info (in own writing)!
• Also calculator and pencils.

Final is cumulative.

• Multiple choice and essay questions
• Essays ~ 2 essays (worth 10% of score), more multiple choice.

Best way to study:

• Review HW, lecture notes (concept tests!),  prior & practice midterms.
• Can you explain reasoning for answers to others? What if you change something, what would happen?  

Here is a list of topics of the ENTIRE class... this we consider fair game for the final. Look it over and let us know if you have questions.
