Voting Information New Voters Project www.newvotersproject.org 303-492-5449 Deadline to Register to Vote: Monday October 4th Election Day: Tuesday November 2nd To be eligible to vote in Colorado you must: 1. Be a naturalized or born citizen of the US 2. Be 18 on or before November 2nd 3. Live in Colorado 30 prior to the Election All students are eligible to register to vote at their student address and you do not need a Colorado drivers license to be eligible to vote. There are three polling places on campus for students who live in Residence Halls: Libby Hall, Kittridge, and Williams Village. You can check your polling place and/or voter registration online at www.co.boulder.co.us/clerk/elections/promptforname.html or call at 303-413-7740. You will need to bring ID with you to the polls. Valid ID includes: 1. A valid CO drivers license 2. A valid CO Department of Revenue ID card 3. A valid US Passport 4. A valid pilots license 5. A valid US government, state government ID 6. A valid US Military ID 7. A copy of a current utility bill, bank statement, government check or paycheck stub from your current CO address. 8. A valid social security card.
