What's new:

• add bar drag handles (they don't do anything yet)
• make chart a big shorter so that Linear radio button has some space below it on WinXP
• line up pH slider ticks with bar graph log ticks
• implement Rest All for all controls

Not implemented:

• no bars in bar graph
• pH slider ticks doesn't line up with bar graph ticks
