What's new:

• fix Laurie's problem (ScaleAlphaImageOpARGB throws an exception) by using image files that have alpha in them
• add abstract to Help>About dialog
• fix this bug: select some liquid (eg, blood), change pH, selecting blood again doesn't do anything

Not implemented:

• no bars in bar graph
• pH slider scale doesn't line up with bar graph
