What's new:

• new Molecule Count view (for comparison, older version is still available via "Developer>Use alternate Molecule Count view")
• added tick marks and labels to bar graph
• added zoom buttons to bar graph in linear mode, zooming changes the y-axis range
• changed color of pH probe to black
• changed default liquid to milk

Not implemented:

• no bars in bar graph
• pH slider scale doesn't line up with bar graph
