What's new:

• replace JSlider with Piccolo slider on faucets
• adjust clock framerate and faucet flow rates to make animation smoother
• add "Custom liquid" feature. When user changes pH slider or pH text field, liquid changes to "custom". When "custom" is explicitly selected, its pH is 7

Not implemented:

• no bars in bar graph
• no tick marks on bar graph
• pH slider scale doesn't line up with bar graph
• linear and log scale options for bar graph don't work
• no zoom buttons for linear graph
