What's new:

Added the original panels back in
All controls on the Chain Reaction panel now show on a 1024x768 screen. (Font is now smaller set based on screen resolution.)
Color of text on controls is set to be different if JVM is version 1.5, so all labels now show up properly on buttons.

Control to automatically fire neutrons into each of the inter-control rod areas at regular intervals
