What's new in 1.08.12

Chain Reaction panel
- Put the "Fire" button directly on the ray gun
- Put the "Containment Vessel" button in the upper-right of the play area.
- If you try to put more nuclei in the containment vessel of the Chain Reaction panel than
	will fit, a message window pops up.
- Replaces spinners with a sliders and text boxes on the Chain Reaction panel.

General
- Using standardized look and feel.
- Added color selection options for background and foreground colors, accessible through the 
	Options menu.

To Do
- Choose colors for the background.
- Fix known problems. (See below)

Known Problems
- If you resize the window before displaying the Single Nucleus Fision panel for the first time,
	the elements on that panel will not be sized correctly. 
- The ray gun image temporarily disappears during some fission events.
- "% Fissioned" spinner on the Chain Reaction panel shows bogus numbers if you change the number 
of nuclei in the play area after things have fissioned and before you hit the reset button.

1.08.11

- Replaced Fire Neutron Button with a ray gun
- Moved Fire Neutron and Containment buttons to the play area.
- Chain Reaction panel now functions properly after vessel explodes
- Reduced the thickness of the borders around the energy graphs, and made them a light gray so they look
more like the originals. I think the 3D look is nice, though, and helps make the graph look like a 
separate entity from the rest of the play area.
- Reduced update period of vessel temperature updates by 20% for controlled chain reaction
- Remove Phet logo from control panel         
- Split "Alpha particle energy" to two lines
- Eneabling or disabling the containment vessel in the Chain Reaction panel also resets the panel.  
- percent U235 fissioned readout now correct in Chain Reaction panel
- Change the color of the label on Lead 207. Ran all the colors through the color-blindness checker and
verified they are distiguishable.
- Nuclei are cleared from Chain Reaction panel when you show or hide the containment vessel
- Label on rewind button reads "Rewind to decay"
- Fixed memory leak that bogged down Controlled Reaction panel
- Found workaround to deal with change in PhetTabbedPane that broke some code 
- Changed units on bar charts on controlled chain reaction panel        
- Added "Control Rod Adjuster" label to the green thing on the Controlled Cahin Reaction panel.
- you can lower the control rods below the bottom of the vessel         
- Total energy line on alpha decay panel stays put after alpha decay    
- Panels save state properly when you tab away from and back to them    
- Single nucleus fission energy profile panel has a total energy line.  
- No orphaned nuclei are left after the containment vessel explodes    
- Added legend to Controlled Chain Reaction panel
- Fire Neutrons button is always enabled on Chain Reaction panel                               
- Changed colors of energy profiles to conform to QT                        
- Put the Rewind to last decay button at the bottom next to the play button.
- kabooms are removed from simulation on rewind of alpha decay
