What's new:

Changed names of simulations as requested by Linda
All the panels in the Balloons and Buoyancy simulation start with gravity on, except for the Gas Properties panel.
Fixed the Molecules Interact control. (Its action had been inverted.)
Found the problem with the speed histogram for light molecules. The speeds of many molecules are off-scale. Would like to discuss with Kathy and Linda what we should do in these cases.
Added some labels and did some cosmetic fixes to histograms
Put all the tools on the control panel, activated by buttons
All tool windows are closable
Fixed the rest of the screen turds found by Kathy
